I have imported orders from my magento website. I need to send copies of these orders to a subcontractor that will process these orders. However I musn't have my selling prices on these documents. How can I create such a document ? If I had to send a purchase order, the order doesn't contain any information about the customer. I also need to have the order number so I can see easily for which customer is each processed order. My subcontractor prepares parcels to be sent and needs to check for which shipping label I email him is each processed order.

How can I make the required order form as easiest/quickest as possible ?
