Hi, is there already a good solution for clients to see in their account the Track&Trace code/provider/status?

Hi,

You should check the sales and Inventory apps. When you activate the use of the portal for your customers as described here https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/10.0/sales/advanced/portal.html your customers will be able to see heir documents including delivery orders.

Upon login into their portal, they will be presented with a screen similar to this one https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/10.0/ecommerce/shopper_experience/portal.html

We already have the customer portal setup actually, but it doesn't seem to have any way to show stages of a shipment. The projects module can do it, but they have to flip to the "internal" Odoo interface which isn't as great looking, and might be a little more confusing.

Can you expand on what you mean by order/shipment tracking - I understand conceptually but I'm asking what you'd like your Customers to see? Currently Odoo shows "Preparation, Partially Available, Shipped (when it also shows the Carrier and Tracking Reference), Cancelled" on the Portal - what else do you have in mind?
