I am in need of your help to see if some of you have been presented with this case and I recommend to fix it if possible.

I have an object of type service done by me ( customized ) in which you add the state field . This field can have 4 states are:

verified , audited , paid closed

each such state is seen by a specific group and they advance to the next state. ie , the group sees verified group A, group B auditee and so on.

The problem is when the Group A, you see only the verified moving the object to the next state that is audited , this causes the warning "Operation prohibited by access rules , or performed on an Already deleted document"

I record access rules for each group to see what we want, but I get this error when the group advances the state of the object. also happens when you spend verified under paid and so on

Have you any suggestions?
