in openerp v6.0 you could click purchase.order.lines and account.invoice.lines and the corresponding form was displayed in a separated window. in openerp v7 these forms are not displayed anymore. sale.order.lines are only clickable after enabling "Propety on Lines" on User Configuration. I even tried the web version of openerp with no luck.
Ideas?

You can very well create a separate menu, customized form view, tree view and search view by yourself, if you find it useful. If you need help on how to create those things, You have help resources in the OpenERP doc and Q/A forum.
