OpenERP 7 broken when installing trunk

I have installed trunk via openobject-server, openobject-addons, and openerp-web. I ran setup.py and was able to start the new server using a different port.

Now when I sudo service openerp start I get "no handler found"

I have no logs in /var/log/openerp

When I start from /usr/bin I see that the instance shows v8

/usr/bin/openerp-server gives:
