Openerp 7 Allocate Leave to Employee

Hello Guys How HR Manager assign specific no of leave to employee in openerp 7 Please help me guys

  • Add hr_holidays Module

    Holiday Status

    1. Log in as Administrator
    2. Human Resources > Configuration >
      Leaves, create new Leave types :
      • Statutory holidays
      • Overtime compensation
      • Leave without pay
      • Parental leave

    Allocate employee holidays

    1. Human Resources > Leaves > Allocation Requests, create allocation request by Employee :

      Description : Statutory Holidays

      Allocation Mode : By Employee Category

      Leave Type : Statutory Holidays

      Employee : Employee Name

      Allocation : 20

    Confirm and approve these holiday allocations

First Enable technical settings than HR -> Configuration -> Create New Leave

now employee request for leave
