Using Openerp8:

Tried to create quotation, sales order, & contract with November date and it will automatically change it to December.

The default date automatically comes up with a December date even though it is November.

I tested every month; on Feb, April, June, Sept, Nov, it automatically saves the date as the following month.

I went to accounting/configuration/periods and this is what it shows. See how the beginning & ending dates for Feb, April, June, September & November are incorrect? If i edit the periods to correct it, when i save, it will auto revert back to these dates. Is there another place that these can be edited? This seems like a bug? Would like to correct it if anyone has suggestion.

Version 8 is not released, there are many bugs still being discovered and due to be fixed. TRUNK is available for users who want to understand what will be different between version 7 (the current version) and the next version.

Where are you seeing a reference to version "8" ?

We use the trunk in production (future v8) through the online offer and we don't have such a bug. You probably made a wrong installation?

could you give me more info on the setup that you are using that works? which modules you are using, if you selected a certain country chart of accounts, etc - anything that might point to why it is working for you when it is not for us?
