I dunno where to look on it, I'm not sure if I should touch the js file w/c I'm not good at it.

In the live chat, when we chat with our customers, it will reveal our complete name w/c can be seen in the res_users then I want to add another field for nickname/alias then that field's value will be displayed in the live chat instead of the name.

How will I do that? I'm using odoo 10. Thank u in advance
