Is there any way to use Odoo offline, without any internet connection? This is for small retail shops with 1 or 2 users, for which a commercial internet connection would be a burden on expense.
What about using the community version? Is it allowed? All the features I would need is available in community version and adding to advantage neither I need to pay for it nor for the internet.
If you don't want to use internet connection, you can connect PCs locally using lan cable and access from other PC with IP.
Community version is free to use and modify. But you will not get support from Odoo S.A for migration and all.
