Objective: have the product image show in quotes, print to pdf and xls
I have odoo 8 on CentOS 6 VPS. The odoo8 was installed from source. I am using the webkul presta-odoo bridge and it syncs fine.
It was suggested to install two modules and the image would show but it does not show at the moment.

It was suggested to change the openerp-server.conf but I am not sure what changes should be made here.

And for reports, will qweb work or is it necessary to use Aeroo?

There are several posts on this forum for Aeroo so it seems it may not be so straightforward.

Please export a list of installed modules using the following two screenshots as a guide. #1 shows you where to export the list (please make sure you can see all of the modules on your system in the list), and #2 shows you which options to select in the export options (on the right). You need to choose 'Export All Data' in the second step.

This will show me the installation status of all the modules installed on your system. Please email it to me, or provide a public link here.
Sometimes modules do not completely install due to some errors that have not created a error modal with a traceback.
Once I know the installation status i'll be able to help you.
One last thing you should try before you do the above is restart the openerp-server (or odoo-server) depending on how you've installed it. For my setup it's as follows:
sudo service odoo-server restart
