Hello Friends;

Would anyone help me kno how to solve this problem.

I a have recently installed odoo12. but when i try to start nthing would run and when i try:

sudo systemctl status odoo12

i got:

● odoo12.service - Odoo12

   Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/odoo12.service; enabled; vendor preset: enabled)

   Active: active (running) since Tue 2019-01-15 15:55:17 UTC; 1min 10s ago

 Main PID: 9294 (python3)

    Tasks: 4 (limit: 4708)

   CGroup: /system.slice/odoo12.service

           └─9294 /opt/odoo12/odoo-venv/bin/python3 /opt/odoo12/odoo/odoo-bin -c /etc/odoo12.conf

and when i try to see the log i got :

odoo12.service: Main process exited, code=killed, status=9/KILL
odoo12.service: Failed with result 'signal'.

 Can anyone help me please.

Hi,

Not sure this is the reason or not, upon checking over the internet a similar issue is seen in the GitHub, going through those comments the issue is caused due to lack of memory.

2GB is definitely not much. If you are using Enterprise Edition, you can address the support for help. For the community edition, you can look for an Odoo partner to get faster help.
