There are modules in SugarCRM that listen to twitter for certain keywords and if they identify required keywords in tweets with in minutes they add the tweet's details like tweeting account handle tweet and etc as lead into the CRM. Then workflow assigns the lead to the sales person who can view the tweet and may respond to it from there dashboard.

Like if someone tweets 'looking for #crm system for my company' the crm identifies the hashtag, add it as a lead and assign to salesperson who can reply to it appropriately from salesperson's dashboard.

So My Question is if there are any odoo apps supporting the simillar functionality? Or is there any way of doing this in odoo?


Same we can do with facebook, there are lot of businesses who are flourishing and getting the leads from the facebook pages, but the problem is that these leads are through facebook comments/posts or through facebook messages. Is there any way to get these querries on a company facebook page land in Odoo as Messages and can be workflowed there and responded?

Such a module has been developed, but it's still being tested by our usability team. (A twitter integration with Odoo Discuss, in both ways; listen to tweets and post answers directly from Odoo)

We expect to integrate this feature in ODoo v11, or the next Odoo Online release. (SaaS-15)
