odoo.py is missing

When i try to create new module in odoo8 through command prompt(windows 7) i got this error

" c:\Program Files\Odoo 8.0>odoo.py scaffold mymodule addons

'odoo.py' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."

,,,,and also i am unable see odoo.py in my system.

HI vasanth, 

                  thank u for responding,,,, i have installed odoo and am able edit existing modules also,,but when i tried to create new module ,,through command prompt it is throwing an error,,as odoo.py is missing
