I want to restict user to show project pased of team member

means suppose i had create a new project , and add 2 user in team member, now my requirement is this while dispaly project first it check in either user is project manager or not ,if  not then check wheather a user is in team memeber of any project , if user is team member of project then only that project will dispaly to tha particelue user.
