Hi. Im new to Odoo Please help me solve this or give me guidance

i've met this problem almost 5 weeks ago and still there is no answer and i can't figure it out.

In the hilighted function it says "610.00 play safe online" but i can't pay because their is no clickable link.

my colleague did this and it works but at that time she used odoo v8.0, (im using v 9.0 alpha right now, but i also switch to v8.0 r c  and the it was the same, same scenario as my print screen above)actually this is the picture of what it must look like http://postimg.org/image/qouc83krv/ when it is working. when you right click the button and you inspect it the html catches data like (email, address, name , etc) but in my case when i inspect the html by highlighting and rightclicking the text which was written on the blue strip form it didn't catch any data.  i appreciate it very much if you could guide me.. thanks!
