In Odoo 9C:

I have created a overridden a purchase report, but instead of calling "report.external_layout", am calling my custom layout template. In which header and footer are customised according to my needs, which working fine when called independently.

i.e. my custom header works fine, without the call of my custom footer, similarly my custom footer works fine when I comment the call of header template.. How do I overcome this.

Further footer prints only for the first page, but failed to print in the last page.
