Odoo 9 POS Transfer Account error

When i try to move money out of a session i get the error

"Please check that the field 'Transfer Account' is set on the company."
I have checked in journal and i cannot see this option. I read that it should be in the settings under Accounting tab called Inter-Bank Transfer Account but its not there even when i have debugging enabled
