[Odoo 9] How to let all employees select tax rate and expense journal when creating an expense report?
We need our employee to select the tax rate when filling out their expense report as it can vary from report to report. We also need them to select the expense journal so we can organize our expenses. Right now only a user who is an accountant or financial adviser is able to select the tax rate or expense journal.
