Maybe I miss something but I tried this :
create different email ( gmx, yandex ...)
When I configure SMTP and IMAP for exemple with yandex email I got successful for both test
BUT when I send an email nothing go out ... Same nothing go in.
To be sure I opened all ports.
I got that problem for all email I tried no matter witch provider.
That blocking me as I dont really want to change password manually for all the company.
