odoo 10.0 always show 500 internal server error

I downloaded odoo ver 10.0 and follow all the step at https://www.odoo.com/documentation/10.0/setup/install.html. But my odoo still show 500 internal server error,  i tried to change my web browser but result still same.

My log :

In posgresql,did  you create user victor with password "axeliusx1"?

Is the password in odoo.conf right?
