Hi Rem,

To send and recieve messages you have to log in into your Administration panel and click the envelop in the top right corner. There you can write yor message, and select the users you want to send it.

I think that in settings ->email -> messages are used for inbox. and emails are used for out box facility .If i am wrong please give me the right direction.

You can see the inbox as Juan Jose said, the same steps followed.

In the odoo Forum Page,

1. Click on the menu in the upper right with your user name.

2. Select My Account

3) In the https://www.odoo.com/web page

   Select Top Menu --> Billing and Administration

   Select Left Menu --> Messaging --> Inbox

                                  Messaging --> Archieves
