I have a real problem and I hope someone can advise me. I have seen many similar questions but none were clear enough for my issues.

I installed the Aeroo Report Module from the apps interface. Right after I received an error that OpenERP could not update the module list as the aeroo module did not exist. Error importing module... Aeroo... No module named aeroo

I refreshed my browser and now I am getting the error "No handler"

I am desperate to resolve

This is my log:

Any help welcome

Thanks

Found this answer to a similar question...

https://accounts.openerp.com/forum/Help-1/question/2780/ Thanks Ahmet

It seems that it's a path issue and Aeroo needs you to do some preparation work before installing

This is helping us tremendously!
