Nightly includes translations?

I have done so many translations and uploaded them through launchpad. After a while I installed the latest nightly but nothing changed with the translations. All the phrases and words are the same as the previous version. I use windows 7 version. Any comments?

It shows on the launchpad that more than %90 of the addons files are translated into Turkish. I update the nightly latest every other day, but nothing changes. I think the Turkish language files are not integrated in the source files. I kindly ask the developers to add the latest Turkish lang files into source files.

I have waited for 4 days, but the issue still continues.

Please refer to a link where your translated string is. Please do not post answers that are actually questions.

There is a lot to be said around translations and a general and pretty complete resource is available here: http://doc.openerp.com/v6.1/contribute/07_improving_translations.html

To answer your question specifically: if you have translated terms through launchpad, your translations first need to be validated by a member of that language validation team. You can see them here: https://translations.launchpad.net/+groups/openobject-translators. Every night, the validated terms are merged in the core of OpenERP and if you download (or pull the latest branch with bazaar depending on how you have installed OpenERP) the nightly the day after, you will see these new translations. You can actually see these daily push of translated terms in the revisions history; they are labeled "Launchpad Translations on behalf of openerp".

Thanks for your quick response. I am one of the members of my countries translation members and I have already validated some translations but as I wrote in my previous message no change happened. I have downloaded the latest nightly from http://nightly.openerp.com/7.0/nightly/exe/ and installed the windows version.

Then I suggest you look into the automatic merge that occurred after your translation to see if it is there, or directly in the source itself (.po files). For v7, the merges are here: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp/openobject-addons/7.0/changes Note: Did you make sure to translate in the correct serie? (eg. trunk is different than v7)

The way I made the translation is: I have downloaded the addons 7.0 modules then I uploaded them through launchpad.

I saw some of my translation files in http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp/openobject-addons/7.0/changes

If you did it more than 24 hours ago, my recommendation is to look in the source to see if it's there. It will tell you if you did it properly or not.

Turkish translations are still not integrated into nightly. I wrote about this issue for the first time on Mar 3 '13 and since that time I check almost every other day. But nothing changes. I will give some examples for this issue: The words Project, Manufacturing, Sales are just the few words still in English. Launchpad shows 889 items not translated out of 15443 items which means 14654 items are already translated. I
