Hello! Happy New Year to all of you!

I need some help in the following scenario. I have raw materials and finished goods in my stock: 25 RAW1, 500 RAW2 and 0 FINISH3.

BoM of FINISH3 is: 1 FINISH3 = 1 RAW1 + 12 RAW2

After I confirm a sales order for 20 FINISH3, this is what should be happened:

  1. As I have installed mrp_jit, an MO is created to produce 20 FINISH3.
  2. Outsource the assembly process. Assembly service cost for 1 FINISH3 item is 25 LKR. It will take about 10 minutes to assemble 1 FINISH3.
  3. Receive the assembled FINISH3 products after a quality testing process.
  4. I want to track the raw materials inventory value, work in progress inventory value, finished goods inventory value at any given time.

How can I perform the above scenario in OpenERP V7? I do not have a good understanding of work centers and routing. I would be glad if anyone can provide a step by step guidance.
