I have a doubt over multi-company in different locations (countries), which is the best way to do it, with independent databases or working with multi-company.

you are asking about multiple warehouse am i correct !{ as ware house id is much more important thing in sale order and picking }
What i'm asking if for posible incompatibilities in modules like partners, sales, ... because each country has different fields added in l10n modules, then if i create an inherited module based only on base fields is ok, but for example in spanish location, Trade name is added to partners, this field do not exist in other location, the if i add inherit view to add that field to the search string, when i run other location it shows an error because field do not exist.
