Multi-company: Partners visible for all companies although company selected in customer. I need to restrict customer based on company.

Hi,
Once the multi company option is enabled from the Settings -> General Settings, by default the fields Common Contact Book and Common Product Catalog fields are ticked. In your case, you might haven't unticked those boolean fields. So go to the general settings and untick those fields and see.
