I am trying to install the module that allows for journal cancellations. I am getting this error though:

Can anyone help me?

It seems there is wrong dependency list in this module. *First install a "report" module* (before installing account cancel) which seems to be unlisted dependency of account_cancel module, and only then install the account_cancel module, this way error should be avoided.
