This is certainly due to the bug on down votes that gives points instead of substract them:

Just waiting on Odoo team to apply the fix here. And then this Q&A should be cleaner.
[EDIT] As Leonardo stated it, everyone with more than 1000 pts can delete posts. So I started doing some cleaning.
I just hope it won't start becoming the far west as the guys who took advantage of this bug might also have those credentials. Let's see if they are responsible enough.

[EDIT] I precised my answer saying the patch has to be applied instead of saying it has to be fixed as it was confusing.
Although you are very right Yannick, it is not only due to the downvotes giving points. It is also the sheer number of "questions" asked. One-liner questions that get upvoted most likely with fake accounts in order to claim more attention. There really should be an administrator on this forum to cut the crap and delete some users and posts.
I think anyone with more than 1000 points can delete posts.
You are right Leonardo. I did some cleaning. Though tools to find bad question which were down voted are missing. I can't find a way to filter those thrash question to delete them.
Right tool go to any user start with "Novizco" and delete any question. All spam.
