Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software. It includes hundreds of business apps:
CRM | e-Commerce | Accounting | Inventory | PoS | Project management | MRP | etc.
Imagine one scenario like this. We have 2 related companies, with exactly the same model data, that were initially installed in different OpenERP instances but that now want to share some resources (partners and products) in a multi-company enviroment in the same database, but not loosing any current information.
So, what do you think would be the best practices to achieve this? We know that we'll have to deal with the ids in each model, in order to avoid duplicity, but we'll be glad to know if somebody has had this situation and how it was resolved.
