hello, there ppl, I have custom app and  menu item in it

<menuitem name="Product Import Criteria" id="stock.odoo_tyre_criteria" parent="stock.menu_stock_inventory_control"
          sequence="3" action="odoo-tyre.action_window_criteria"/>

which shows up nicely in Inventory app in Community (local) edition, but when the app is uploaded to server, menu item does not appear there, any suggestion where I go wrong?
