Hi, cyrare,
you can merger sales quotations/orders/delivery notes, etc by using a module called "object_merger".
you can download this module by the following link:

Instructions:
(For combining 2 partners)
1. Install the object_merge module
2. Create the " Object MergerConfiguration " for the res.partner object in Settings/Configuration/Object Merger.
3. Create two customers (Customer 1 and Customer 2 )and also created SO,DO,Invoices for these two customers. 4.Merger the Partners and "Partner to keep" as Customer 1.
5.In the customer window the two customers were merged by showing contacts (Customer 1 + Customer 2) and accounting values (Total Credit Used,Year to date invoiced,Total Receivable ) are merged.
6. And also the SO,DO and invoices of Customer 2 were changed to Customer 1
( Note: You can do it for other objects also )
