I am stuck with a mystical warning when trying to confirm manufacturing order:

You are going to consume total 1.0 quantities of "[PRODUCT] IN BOM".
But you can only consume up to total 1.0 quantities.

Indeed a mystical warning ;)
All qty fields are float fields in OE classes with decimal precision. That means double fields in PG. That means sometime you try to consume 1.0 but in folat mean 1.00000000000000007 > 1.0. Strange, but hapens in 'real world of computers'.
Alright, that was an issue,thank you. Solution was to change product units of measurement rounding from 0.000 to 1.000. (admin rights and technical rights needed).
