Is possible to manage open contracts with openERP 7.0 ?

I mean "open contracts" and "call of notice" as is in SAP.

Where open contract is a general frame agreement where price and or amount are established. Most of time duration is also present. Something like "We agree that you can sales an IT engineer for 100Eu/hour for min 50hr and max 200hr within next 2 year"

"Call of notice CON" is a sample/withdrawal from an open contract. Like CON1:"Give me 20hr of IT eng for the project1" after some months CON2: "Give me 110hr of IT eng for the project2" ...

A "call of notice" use prices and conditions fixed in to the related open contract. In addiction a "call of notice" will reduce the total amount within the open contract

Monitoring for the open contract it's needed because creation of new call of notice should be avoided if the open contract is "empty" or expired . Also planning on the residual it's required.

Has some one a suggestion for this ?
