The term "Odoo Enterprise Contract" in Licensing FAQ is baffeling me. What is an enterprise contract? and more important, If I don't have an enterprise contract on my on-promise installation, do I need to publish my source code?

Thanks, that was clear and helpful; I don't understand lowyers' language :D Do you know where I can find the contract's terms and conditions on Odoo.com website?

Some people call me a karma whore, I only ask for 10 points if you like my answer and 15 if I happen to get it correct.

Enterprise contract is to:

  • Access training videos
  • Unlimited tech support
  • Version upgrade service

You only need to publish the soruce code if you resell services to others on your own hardware.

You can start by checking out their pricing page and if you don't find enough information then contact one of the sales office.

What if "you resell services to others on your THEIR hardware". ?
