Can Odoo provide accurate stock on-hand and forecast values for a kit?

I have a dining room set product defined as a 'consumable' product with a BoM containing multiple 'stockable' products.  (1) Dining room set is comprised of (1) table and (4) chairs.  If I have (1) table and (4) chairs in stock, I would expect to have (1) Dining room sets 'On-Hand'.  If I had (1) table and (3) chairs in stock, I would expect to have (0) Dining room sets 'On-Hand'.

Is it possible to configure Odoo to show this?
