In my organization we have 100 systems,so if any system is getting trouble or repaired then employee will raise a ticket for that repair to IT Department.For these purpose we need one module.Please let me know is there any existing module in odoo9

Using this module,how do I send my submit support ticket to IT Administrator..Here I am unable to send that ticket..Please let me know about configuration
