Is there a way to make modifications to an invoice once it has been verified without having to cancel the invoice and start over?
We sometimes have customers who add things on to their order that need to be added to their invoice.
Any assistance would be appreciated
Once you see the invoice form, then you can click on the 'Edit' button which is above the 'Validate' and 'Cancel Invoice' buttons. Then you may click on the 'Add an Item' link on the Items list and choose any other items your customer needs to add. After that you can click on 'Save' which will save the new items on the invoice for you. Hope this helps
