So I'm thinking of a way to handle salesmen's samples (odoo 11 EE)

It seems obvious to create a location with the salesman name and to provision it from the main stock. The salesman would be able to know how many samples are left in his car and would be able to create a immediate transfer once a delivered some samples to a customer.

I'm concerned by the rights given to the salesman for these operations. The current warehouse user role is way to permissive. Is there a built-in way to limit the salesman to be able to manage only his location like consult, create transfers, inventory ? Not even that complex, just limit the salesman to deliver a customer ?

If to do so I need to code a specific module, how would you handle this case ?
