Internal Server error after trying to install warehouse module

We had some demo products in the shop, and we started to prepare it for publishing it online. Thus we deleted some demo products and in that point we didn't have the warehouse module installed. We thought it would be good to have it working and started installing it. The installation failed in the middle of it (unfortunately didn't save but it was something that the "installation didn't complete").

After that the admin worked for a while but suddenly the whole system, including the public website, went into Internal Server Error.

In the log of the server we have long list of things, including this:

ParseError: "duplicate key value violates unique constraint "ir_model_data_module_name_uniq"

DETAIL: Key (name, module)=(product_product_11_product_template, product) already exists.

How to fix this situation and get out from the server error? I was trying to search for solutions, similar ones but can't find any how to proceed with this issue.

What kind of backup cycle rules you all have for your ERP installs? If it goes easily in this type of Internal Server error or blank pages, it is not enough to have internal backup that you can manage via Odoo interface but also a full server backup. Every one hour, or every ten minutes? I'm a bit in trouble how much we can trust on the stability of Odoo, and thus asking community opinions on backup scheduling too. The above main issue remains still unsolved too.
