My company wishes to integrate their OERP server with Outlook. They have the incoming and outgoing email servers filled out, but for some reason we are still unable to send email via OERP, or have any auto-lead generation or other benefits from integration. When clicking on the "test" email button, the test says it ran successfuly. Why might we have the conflict?
