Can any one help me. I have wrote so many mail for Odoo provider for help, but unfortunately even after more than a month nobody from Odoo helped me. I received my Clean Theme for Odoo CMS on 09 January which I contributed in Indiegogo campagn. In the campagn video they have mention its easy and anyody can create a Website with Odoo, for me its not so easy even i couldnot able to  install the Clean Theme. Here is the mail below which I received from Odoo. First of all even i don´t know how to create a new Database 

To install Clean Theme, unzip the zip file in your Odoo addons folder. To install in a new database, first create the new database then click the Install button in Settings -> Local Module -> Clean Theme.

To install in a existing database you need to enable technical features 

in Settings -> Users -> Administrator -> Edit, tick "Technical Features", 

then Save. 

Reload the page with F5 then select the "Update Module List" menu item.

Click Update. Then proceed like for a new database.

First things first! If you are struggling to create a new database, you may want to start by learning how to do that. To create a new database, go to http://localhost:8069/web/database/manager (You may need to subsitute your IP address for "localhost".) Then follow the instructions about finding the Clean Theme under Settings -> Local Modules. Please post another question if you get stuck again.

I am new to Odoo. First of all I think I have to install Odoo on my Windows right? Unfortunately i don´t know how to do that , so kindly advice me how to do that and Substitute my IP address please.
