Estoy trabajando con OpenERP v7 para una pequeña empresa, estoy instalandoles el sistema en varias pc's pero con la base de datos centralizada en un serve, mi pregunta es ¿como hago para conectar el OpenERP en una pc hacia la bd en otra? he intentado varias formas, varios tutoriales y todos me han fallado, la pc con bd no tiene firewall activado.

1- Install postgresql on the machine that will host the database
(instala o postgresql en la maquina que vá tener a bd)
2- On the client machines you must set path to the database server on the file openerp-server.conf.
(en las maquinas cliente debes definir el endereço del server postgresql en lo ficheiro openerp-server.conf)
db_host=IP_DB_SERVER
db_password=PASSWORD_ON_DB_SERVER
If you are on windows environment, the openerp-server.conf file is located on "c:\Programas\Openerp\server\server"
(se estás trabajando en windows, el ficheiro openerp-server.conf estay en "c:\Programas\Openerp\server\server")

Thanks to all, Boris and Paulo, to all those posts, need a tips, it has to modify the smtp_server = from localhost to entreprise.local and pg_path = C:\Archivos de programa\PostgreSQL\8.4\bin to C:\Archivos de programa\PostgreSQL\8.4\bin; if you're using a different version of PostgreSQL, i was using the 8.4 and the server has 9.2. now it works, thank you very much. Gracias a todos, Boris y Paulo, además de lo dicho en los posts, se tuvo que modificar el smtp_server = de localhost a entreprise.local y pg_path = C:\Archivos de programa\PostgreSQL\8.4\bin a C:\Archivos de programa\PostgreSQL\8.4\bin; si estás usando una versión diferente de PostgreSQL, en mi pc estaba usando la versión 8.4 y el servidor tiene la 9.2. y ahora funciona, muchisimas gracias.
