I need to know that, how to get Purchase Order Line Warehouse Wise Product Quantity On Hand and that quantity field value needs to view in sale order line field.

I have already edited my question , i need to know that how to get Purchase Order Line Warehouse Wise Product Quantity On Hand and that quantity field value needs to view in sale order line field.
Don't understand what you want, one thing is currently we have sale order , purchase order level warehouse, we are not maintaining sales order line or purchase order line level.
If you only want to know the qty available on sales order line or purchase order line then may be possible by doing customisation.
