In Odoo 9, how to activate/deactivate a product

I don't find the "Active" checkbox that was in the form view in previous versions

The Active checkbox has been renamed "Archive" for several objects in Odoo 9. If you cannot find an "Active" checkbox on a record, there is most probably a button at the top of the form called "Archive" that is doing the same thing (like it is the case on the product form).

You need to be in Developer Mode to see Archive on the Product Form. To do this, from the Help menu, select About | Activate Developer Mode. The help menu is the question mark icon - click the arrow on the right hand side of it.

This has now changed with today's build. Product archiving is available without the need to have Developer Mode activated.
