There is a bug in openerp.

Go to Leads in sales module

First click on create button and then create a lead with adding the Subject and Contact name(which includes first name, last name, and title), Email.,

Write Email as in the formate of name<name@gmail.com>, save the lead .

In send a message(Instant messaging), To : followers of this document will be in formate as we provided name(name@gmail.com).

If we provide Email in the formate of name@gmail.com ,save the lead.

In send a message, it will appear as name@gmail.com(name@gmail.com), but this is not the way. name(name@gmail.com) is correct way to appear 

This is a big bug in open erp how email should not be in the formate of name<name@gmail.com>, for this related code in the crm module.(crm_lead.py)
