Impossible to add "Customer" on a Lead

On a lead, i try to create a customer, and i have this message : 

Access Denied

The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.

(Document type: Partner, Operation: read) 

Any idea how to fix this problem ? 
I don't know what to configure on Admin account to fix it !

Give contact creation access right. or read access right on res.partner.
