the us states I do not need, so I delete them in openerp. Then I import the German states from a csv file it looks like this:

code | name | country_id BW Baden-Württemberg 58 BY Bayern 58 ...

ok, it works. When I create a new partner I can select the germen states. When I try to create a new bank is the selection list with the states empty???

I have reproduced this problem multiply with a new (empty) database. Someone has an idea?
