I wish to remove the catchall email address but I have no idea where to get to Settings/Technical/Parameters/System Parameters

Hi,
I have read the instructions about changing the catchall email address but I cannot find where to amend 

Settings/Technical/Parameters/System Parameters

I am using a local non-enterprise install.

You need to activate "Developer mode" to see the menus.
