I have to make customize module in HR because i want specific rules and validations.
My question there is any risk to create new module for upgrade versions or lose data when upgraded ?

If you use the studio app to do the Customizing, your changes should be protected automatic during upgrade. New fields will start with X_ and changes in views are separate from the standard and modules are also protected.
