i am a new user for open erp. after i install openerp on windos server 2008 it display follow error massage.. please help me to solve this.

It appears that you don't have your SQL server running. Open a command line and do:

netstat -an -p TCP

You should see a line that says: TCP 0.0.0.0:5432 0.0.0.0 LISTENING

You will need to start your SQL server and then you should see that line, indicating that it is listening for incoming connections from OpenERP.
